I had a delightful stay overall, especially thanks to the exceptional spa services provided by Dincer, who really took care of me. The hotel's ambiance and cleanliness were impressive, but I was disappointed by the lack of responsiveness regarding room cleaning and breakfast options. While the location was excellent, I felt the value could have been better given some aspects of the dining experience.
I had a mixed experience during my stay. The spa services were truly exceptional, especially the Hammam and massages, which really helped me relax. However, I was disappointed with the room's cleanliness, as it was not maintained properly throughout my stay. The staff was quick to address issues, which I appreciated, but the overall ambiance of my room didn't live up to expectations or the online photos. The indoor pool was a nice feature but could use some updates.
